
Dlugi Targ only two minutes from Puro. Before that I could have turned right to the Dlugi Pobrzreze, the channelside road with restaurants and bars. But not this time. I went inside Fahrenheit to watch some national soccer games. What met me on the screens was a seemingly dead Akinfeev on a stretcher.
Later Kane scored in his debut, after seconds on the pitch. The new Klinsman can´t stop scoring goals. There were at mix of english and scandinavians in the pub, but a big majority of polish locals. Nice and easy tone. No drunk assholes within a sight. A unity cost around 20-40 zloty, 5-10 euros. Amazing when you are used to Norway.
What about the females? They speak english well enough. Prettier than I expected. Polite but at the same time quite interesting personalities. Good combination.
Gdansk to small and therefore the trip went to Sopot, a even smaller place. But more venues for socialising. More compact and easier to lex from place to place.
Sopot is a summerplace but in the weekends it comes alive. Pubs, bars, clubs you name it. Prices a bit higher than in Gdansk. The currency a problem. You feel like using less than you do. I used more, a lot more ...
